1. Who you are dealing with
ExoWalk, 26 Marlboro Street, Cork, T12 CF7H, Ireland.
ExoWalk is a business name of CE INNOCULTURE LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland, company number 736649, registered office 26 Marlboro Street, Cork, T12 CF7H.
Email: info@exowalk.ie
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company trading as ExoWalk. "You" means the person using this website or buying from us.
We are an authorised distributor of HyperShell exoskeletons in Ireland. We are not HyperShell, and HyperShell is not a party to your contract with us.
2. These terms
By using this website, placing an order or making a booking, you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.
Renting a device is covered by our Rental Terms, not by these terms. Returns and refunds on purchases are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Nothing here takes away or limits your rights under Irish or EU consumer law.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you are buying on behalf of a business, tell us before you order — some consumer protections in these terms apply only to consumers.
4. Prices
All prices shown to consumers include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.
We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we spot an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling with a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.
Specifications, weights, ranges and performance figures come from HyperShell and are given in good faith. Figures such as assisted range depend on your weight, the terrain, the temperature and the assistance level you choose.
5. How a contract is made
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We take payment at that point, but the contract is only formed when we email you to confirm dispatch or that the item is ready for collection. If we cannot supply the item, we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in euro.
7. Getting your order
See our Shipping and Collection Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.
8. What these devices are — and are not
A HyperShell exoskeleton is a consumer product. It is not a medical device, it is not certified as one, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or rehabilitate any condition. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, physiotherapy, or a mobility aid prescribed to you.
If you have a health condition, an injury, a balance or mobility concern, or if you are pregnant, please speak to your GP or physiotherapist before using one.
Use the device as described in the manufacturer's manual and as shown to you at your fitting. Do not modify it, open it, or use it for anything it is not designed for.
9. Manufacturer's warranty
HyperShell provides its own warranty on its products in addition to your legal rights against us. Ask us for the current terms before you buy and we will give them to you in writing.
A manufacturer's warranty never replaces or reduces your statutory rights.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply these products for private use.
11. This website
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
The content of this site — text, images, layout and the ExoWalk name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission. HyperShell names, logos, product images and trade marks belong to HyperShell. You may not copy or reuse any of it commercially without written permission.
Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
12. Your personal information
We handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We will not change the terms of an order you have already placed.
14. Complaints, law and courts
Email info@exowalk.ie. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days.
If we cannot resolve matters, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie), or the European Consumer Centre Ireland (eccireland.ie) if you are buying from another EU country.
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
